Absolutely. We treat many clients with alopecia areata, totalis, and traction alopecia. Whether you have patchy hair loss or complete baldness, SMP provides consistent, natural coverage even in areas with no hair regrowth.

Not necessarily. SMP can work with both shaved heads and longer hair. For full baldness or total density loss, a shaved look provides the most realistic result. For clients with thinning, SMP is applied underneath existing hair to add density.
